BMW said this one takes only 4.9 seconds to reach 60 mph.

For the first time ever, a front axle BMW M Sport Differential makes its appearance and features Torsen-based limited slip capabilities with up to a 39% lock-up.
A sport suspension is part of the mix as is an M Sport breaking system.

Two variations of sport seats will be offered in red or black leather, as well a full-color head up display and the expected safety features.

No price was disclosed.

Audi has announced pricing for its new top-of-the-line SUV, the Q8. Price range from $67,400 to $71,400 on up to $75,550 for the top of the line Prestige model.

A bit about the new offering.

The lone engine for now is a 3.0-liter turbo V6 packing 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque matched to an eight speed automatic with paddle shifters and, of course, all-wheel drive. 0-60 in 5.6 seconds Audi said.

Inside will be enough screens to keep a movie mogul happy. A 12.3 inch for the gauge cluster, a 10.1 and an 8.6 inch one for infotainment and other vital information. There is seating for five.

With all the relevant seats folded there is 67.5 cubic feet of storage that Audi said is “class leading capacity…”

And the underpinnings are pedigree – shared with the Bentley Bentayga and the Lamborghini Urus.

The interior features lots of leather, eight way power front seats with four way power lumbar adjustment and optional massage function, sunroof, and a choice of “gray brown fine grain ash natural inlays, or eucalyptus lava brown inlays.”
