Kia announced pricing for its Niro Crossover that will arrive on dealer lots “early in 2017.” It will be offered in five trim levels with the top-of-the-line Touring model starting at $29,650 plus $895 for delivery. The base model FE will start at $22,890 with Kia’s hefty list of standard equipment.

A federal judge has approved Volkswagen’s $1.21 billion settlement with 650 dealers regarding diesel emissions. The dealers will be paid over an 18 month period. VW has now agreed to spend up to $22 billion to settle with various parties here in the U.S.
