 Motorcycle thefts rose six percent last year to 45,555 reversing a nine year decline, according to the National Crime Bureau. California and Florida had the highest theft rates followed by Texas, South Carolina and New York. Honda and Yamaha cycles were the most stolen, and no surprise, the fewest thefts occurred in February.

Lincoln-Continental-at-NAIAS

 Lincoln has announced that its upcoming Continental will arrive with a starting price of $45,485 on up to $69,105 for the very luxurious Black Label version. Add $1,500 if you want the 30 way adjustable seats or $3,265 for the most robust engine, a 3.0-liter, 400hp, V6 with all-wheel drive. A 3.7-liter V6 with 300 hp or a 2.7-liter, 335 hp twin turbo V6 will also be offered.

 Thanks to buyer incentives and the offer of free parking in many places, plug in electric cars are rolling out of showrooms in Great Britain at the rate of 115 a day. First quarter sales have hit record numbers with one plug in car sold every 13 minutes.
