To mark the 50th anniversary of the 911 Targa, Porsche announced the GTS version with all-wheel drive and a 430 hp engine that lets it reach a top track speed of over 186 mph and a 4.1 second 0-60 run when accompanied by the PDK automatic transmission. That is a few more horsepower and a slightly fewer seconds than other Targas in the lineup. It will be launched here in April with an MSRP of $132,800.
Porsche was not done quite yet. Also displayed was the Cayenne Turbo S with a 4.8 liter V8 twin turbo that develops a hefty 570 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque. If that sounds fast you would be right, with Porsche claiming it lapped the famed Nurburgring in 7:59.74 minutes and that set a new record for SUV’s. It accelerates from zero to 60 in just 3.8 seconds with a top track speed of 176 mph. The Cayenne Turbo S will be launched here in late April with an MSRP of $157,300.
