Honda’s compact crossover, the HR-V, will make its North American debut at the Los Angeles auto show on Nov. 19. Based on the Fit, the HR-V will fit in below the CR-V in the Honda lineup and is expected to hit the market this winter.
Meanwhile, Acura said it will unveil a substantially new 2016 ILX at the L-A event on Nov. 20. Acura promises a new powertrain, substantially upgraded interior design and sporty exterior styling.
An Audi RS 7 has completed a lap of the Grand Prix track in Hockenheim, Germany, at racing speed, without a driver. It used GPS signals transmitted via WiFi, redundant high frequency radio and 3D cameras. It would be fun to find out what the legendary F1 driver like Sterling Moss thought about all this.
The Detroit Free Press reports Nissan will show off a new Titan pickup at the International Auto Show in January. It will go on sale next year. The Titan full size truck has not been a hot seller here.
