Thanks to what is called the 25 year rule, Florida’s Montu Motors claims it is the first company to import a 100% legal Nissan Skyline GTR R32. A stipulation governing cars that do not meet various rules set down by EPA, DOT, and NHTSA says that any that are 25 years old or older are not required to abide by these regulations, Montu said. The R32 was an all-wheel drive high performance car first built in the late ‘80’s with a 2.6-liter twin-turbo inline 6 with 280 horsepower that captured five racing championships in Japan. In its home country, the car was known simply as Godzilla.
